Extruder bouncing over previous layer

Trying my first somewhat large print, the extruder bounces over the previous layer. As can be seen in the video, this leads to wavy layers and eventually layer drift. The video shows just the first layer printed, and already the extruder starts bouncing. What is causing this? I think my bed leveling is ok, as smaller prints seem to come out fine. Too much filament being extruded in first layer? I've calibrated extrusion multiplier with some test prints. Thanks for any advice.

That first layer looks over extruded or you are too closed to the bed. Do you have the slicer set to extrude more on the first layer? silc3r default is 200% on the first layer which works fine for me but you can try changing it. You may just be too close to the bed.
