Prusa i3 dual extruder problem

Good day! I just installed Chimera extruder on my Prusa i3 (steel frame) and faced one problem. MKS gen 1.4
When i start heating both extruders there is only one extruder heating (HE1). But then i found out, that there is a voltage on Fan pins 24V (fan turned off in menu). So if i want to heat both extruders - i should connect heaters to Fan and HE1 pins, Fan pin provides exactly voltage that i need to heat second extruder. But HE0 (which designed to heat second extruder on MKS 1.4) don't want to work. I have already changed extruders by each other - no effect, only HE1 can heat, it's not a mechanical problem. I can plug heaters to that pins, but where i can get 12/24V for fans to make PLA models?

So, did anybody face this problem ? I think it's a software problem... Thank you ! and sorry for my english..
