GT2560 - Autobed Leveling - Servo Pin

Hi,

I'm having a hard time to make the auto bed leveling work.

I have a geeetech prusa I3 pro C, with a GT2560 (Rev A) control board.

I have a SG90 servo that i want to use for the auto bed leveling, and move the probe.

But with the GT2560 i don't find how to connect the servo to the board.

I tryed the following:
- use the FAN PMW Pin (it seams to be A7 so 7)
- use the Fan 3 (not used) Pin. (N°16)

But nothing make the servo moved.
I didn't solder the Pin to the wires. I used the connector available on the board.

Also, i tryed to give external power source to the servo, and only connect Yellow Cable to the board, doesn't work more.

I changed the Pin number in the Marlin Pin.h, but their is a lot of FAN_PIN , and SERVO0_PIN. I changed all but nothing seams to work.

I have seen this post,It need to solder on the board, which i rather not do. that's why i ask without soldering... i
There are several pins available on the board so my question is can we do that without the soldering

Normally we could use one of the FAN pin and connector available on the board, no?

I think you may be able to use the z max endstop but you will still need to use a soldering iron. Have a look at this

It works in a similar way, the servo arm is the pin that goes up and down. You may have to alter the configuration in the firmware

Hope this helps. Will try this when I get my ProB using a servo and micro switch, hopefully machine should be here this week
