Direct mounting E3D V5 hot end onto wade extruder

Hi,

I would like to direct mount a E3D V5 hot end that was originally a bowden type with the removable push to connect air line fitting to a wade extruder. Now when I remove the push to connect fitting will I need to do anything with the threaded hole left in the hot end or will it be ok to use as is?

So it is the one on the left that I have that I would like to direct mount, what should I put in the threaded hole or is it ok to leave as it is?

I have mistakenly ordered e3d v6 clone bowden tipe instead of a direct drive for my prısa i3
I removed the tap and cut the tube from the top and leave it inside. Top of the tube is matching the filament hole in the wade extruder.
It is working there is no problem
