Bed no longer heating

I replaced my ramps board and the heated bed wouldn't shut off. I updated to a newer firmware version and now the bed won't heat. Not sure where to head next to troubleshoot.

Simply replacing the Ramps board would not Cause the Heated bed to not shut off, Unless the hotbed connections are wired incorrectly.

Updating to a newer firmware could cause many issues, you may want to have someone inspect your configuration files.

Upload to a file sharing service like google Drive and Post link in a location corresponding to what firmware you are using.

upload the ramps test firmware to test most functions.

Its turns on and off all mosfets and moves all motors over and over.

NB it doesn't look at endstops or thermistors

I scanned your firmware in Configuration.h, Configuration_adv.h, pins_MKS_13.h and pins_RAMPS.h

Could not see any configuration settings out of order.

I would take a multi-meter an test the Mosfet for a short while disconnected from the hotbed.
