Hesine Prusa i3 not connecting to pc

followed their instructions to the letter and i cant get this thing to connect to my pc. I've installed and re-installed drivers several times without success, the lcd screen isn't working at all either and i don't know why. help would be appreciated.

If it's Windows 10, then I think there is a special certificate you need to get.

Were you able to upload firmware to the controller? If so make sure your baud rate is correct and you have the correct Com port selected as well.

Their customer support is a joke, i've made a paypal dispute.
