Top layer not printing properly

I've been using a prusa i3 for a while but lately the top layer of my prints have not been printing properly (file attached). I use slic3r and i've tried increasing the number of top layers, increasing infill flow but the problem still persists. Any ideas to solve this ? confused smiley

Its not perfectly leveled cause i'm directly printing on the heated bed and there is slight level difference, but when printing the first layers, they all seem perfect.

Could be temperature related, try +10 degrees, could be pressure of the nozzle, check if there's no leak near the heater block.

Top layers usually print slower, is it related to the extruder motor not being able to run slowly? Does is skip or not run slowly? It could be the current is not enough or that the stepstick needs to run in mixed decay mode. Google stepstuck hack. I recently applied the hack and the extruder motor runs much smoother.

Thanks, it was actually a temperature problem. Increased it by +5 and it came out good grinning smiley
