Hi so i am running a prusa i3 with a wades extruder i noticed that i get weird vertical banding on my prints i have slowed down my speeds but to no avail. Any ideas?

Lowering the temperature can help, as overheating it the most common cause of vertical banding.
Reducing vibration in XY axis will allow a smoother wall, other fixes include lowering the filament temperature and proper calibration of retraction...
