I am working with a arduino mega 2560 and a ramps 1.4. Using malrin as my firmware. When I get all of the wires and steppers connected to the ramps board and try connecting to pronterface I get the folowing error.

[ERROR] Could not connect to /dev/tty.SRS-BTX500-DataInteract at baudrate 250000:
Serial error: could not open port /dev/tty.SRS-BTX500-DataInteract: [Errno 16] Resource busy: '/dev/tty.SRS-BTX500-DataInteract'
The baudrate is set correctly in my marlin firmware to match pronterface.
any ideas about what to do. I have had this same printer up and running and it prints great. After moving it has shut down and I cannot get it to work.
