GT 2560 board Heated bed not working

Hi.
I have one of those i3 prusa variants from eBay and I think it has the GT2560 board. Recently the heated bed stopped warming up. After a while I noticed a burnt patch on the electronics board. Attached.

Is this a blown fuse or do I need to replace the board?

That is the headed bed fuse

The fuse is 15amps, but the socket is not rated for that (design flaw)

Waiting delivery of said board, where can we get replacement fuses and uprated holder?
