I had my printer for little over a year now and I wanted to improve the prints more. I tuned the motors for the first time since I had my printer and why didn't I do this sooner. Now I want to tweak the print more and I'm not sure if the issue is motor tuning or some kind of movement when it prints. If you look at the image and look at the right front corner of the print you can see a slight wave pattern from the x and y. I have already tighten everything so any thought would be great.
My second issue I have is
warping. Since I tuned the motor it warps like crazy. I have never had it warp while printing 20mm x 20mm x 10mm cube and no matter where I put the cube on the build plate, it warps in the same place. Its like the corner in imploding. I even tried to mosh it to the build plate and still warped while I had trouble lifting the skirt. Any thought on this would be grateful.
