HICTOP i3 - Err: MinTemp

Hi All,

Long time lurker, first time poster...

I have a Hictop i3, which has been running fine for the last 6-8 weeks.

I had a part fail mid process and it is now showing Err: MinTemp on the display. The hotend thermister is showing a temp of -19. The bed is sitting at 21.

A few searches and it seemed to point to the thermistor. I ordered a few replacement parts and changed them, but i still have the same issue.

Can anyone give me some advise to where to try and look next?

Thanks

Daz

is it the exact thermistor replacement or something else it may need to be changed in config but first try doing a PID autotune on the hotend shown how in marlin or repetier documentation using M303 command

if you un-plug the thermistor, do you have 5 volts on the connector pin
