Anet A8 Z-motor problems

Hello!

I just assembled a Anet A8, everything was fine during assembly, and when i was going first pressing "All home" i noticed the Z-motors werent turning. After a few attempts i tried disconnecting them from Z1 and Z2 sockets, and tested them one by one on X, and the both moved.
Then tested connecting X and extruder motor to Z1 and Z2 socket, no movement.

Do i have a faulty board or am i over looking something?

/Martin

You need multimeter and similar procedures like these [www.youtube.com]. "Tuning stepper driver" is your search term. "stepper driver current", "reprap stepper driver", ect.

If you use ground on the driver to measure V, be careful and have spares on hand.
If you use other ground? I have never done that way, idk if it's exactly the same reading, but enough people seem to say it's okay.

As far as what values? Idk. But if you post yours, and someone has the same printer as you, they could provide more input.
