The 0.06mm next to the high quality in the profile, is that referring to layer height? (Probably why its a 21h print, should only be 2 at max). If so that is way to high for a box lit with no detail in the z so those extra layers are wasted, go with something like 0.2mm or 0.25mm

The gaps between the hex holes already look close, i would get rid of the solid infill (maybe a 40%) and have perimeters set to 4 or 5.

You may need to slow down the print speed to get the detail in the hex holes, or you might be over extruding and losing the detail.

I Agree with scottybfg layer would be fine between 0.15 - 0.25 with a infill of 40%.

I would rotate the Pi Board Box Lid 180 leaving the Face level on the Bed and disable the support material.
It appears you may be too hot on the filament, what temperature are you using.

I have two Printers one prints well at 192C the other at 198C.

Good pick, to me it looked like it was one flat plate, but it it does have sides rotate, you will never get that top detail if it needs support / bridging.

Hay Guys thank you for the input. It's much appricated and I will make the adjustments you mention.
The lid is suposed to have holes through it but when I print it it solid. Any ideas as to why.
Thanks
Adrian

Hi guys I've tried the settings you mentioned and what a difference It's made.
The quality is a lot better and the time is one tenth of the old time.
It will not let me attach a file bigger than 614.4 KB and the STL is 10 meg
Thanks
Adrian

It appears you need to cool your print. Do you have A duct fan pointed at the print, If so you need to have at lease a fan speed of 50% to do the bridging.

What kind of 3D Printer are you using.
