Using nylon on the Anet A8?

I recently bought an Anet A8. I want to print some high impact gear parts for a project I'm making. The questions I have are:

1. Is nylon the best filament for high impact parts that will see some temperature swings?
2. Will nylon work well with the Anet A8?

Nylon requires quite a high temperature to print. The standard throat has a PTFE lining, so this may be too hot for that throat, replace this with an all metal one.

POM may be an excellent alternative, it prints at lower temperatures (I print at 235-240 degC), is really tough and strong and also is "greasy" so this is perfect for bearings and gears. Downside is that is difficult to get it to stick to the build plate.

The anet a8 also has a temperature limit in the software to prevent melting of the ptfe tube as a safety feature so you will need to update as well. I think the limit is 260* which is a little bit dangerous for ptfe.

I am currently trying to mod to get over 300* safely but the thermister isnt safe and pt100 require 3 pin. So i am a little stuck on what to do next.
