Im a Happy Chappy

Im one Happy Chappy my new printer has arived. A CR10 50x50x50 wow what a machine.

Just a spoon is needed to assemble it !

Im well happy so far, The print looks good and the build quality is very good. And it came with all the tools and stuff go get good prints out of the box.

Does it come with a copy of the firmware so you can modify it, such as adding a BLTOUCH or changing the homing double tap speeds or temperature hysteresis checking times?

It came with a few files but mo back up of the firmware.

That's a huge problem with most of the Chinese machines. It may not seem like it at first but pretty soon you'll want to fine tune things and you can't without taking some more advanced steps to install a bootloader and start over with the firmware. If they just supplied the machine with the ability to communicate with Arduino, life would be so much easier. It's not like they are hiding any big trade secrets!
