REPRAPGURU - Prusa i3 Kit - Heated Bed fatal error when running Fan > 50%

Hello everyone!!!

I've narrowed down the issue to this:

When the Extruder fan is running above 50% the hotbed begins to lose temperature. My bed is set to 70C. If the fan is moving at 75%-100% then the hotbed will begin to lose temperature quickly. Once that occurs I'll receive one of two Fatal Errors:

13:54:11.269 : Error:Heating failed, system stopped! Heater_ID: bed
13:54:11.271 : Error: Printer halted. kill() called!

and/or

17:16:53.312 : Error:Thermal Runaway, system stopped! Heater_ID: bed
17:16:53.312 : Error: Printer halted. kill() called!

This looks to be a result of a fail-safe to prevent the printer from burning up in case the extruder or hotbed's heating elements came loose.

I've confirmed both the Fan and Hotbed can work independently.

Any thoughts? The instructions said I should have the fan on at 100% while printing to prevent clogs and improve print quality.

It look like you are running the fan at full speed, Myself I only run the fan between 46-70%, try and see if it helps.
