Motors only move 1 direction

Hey all, I want to thank those that helped me with the lcd. Turns out it was a U8glib issue. Now, I have a problem, I think. I have 4 motors that will only move in one direction. I have done the following:

Have turned connectors in the opposite direction and the motor rotated the opposite direction.
Have switched 2 right wires (yel / blu) and it only went the same as above, the opposite of original direction.
Hope that doesn't confuse too many people. I had to wire 4 of 5 motors myself. 5th was pre wired and wires are different color so I was not able to use them as a reference.
I am thinking I have some wires backwards but not sure which ones.

The attached pic is the exact motor wiring diagram I have for 4 of these.

I have just switched the extruder to the X position and still not rotating in both directions. When I put the x motor on the extruder connection, the carriage moves in both directions. Help,Please.

This is normally endstop related

If endstops are triggered It wont move in that direction

send the printer a M119 command (show endstop status)

any that are triggered, you cant move in that direction (other than homing)

But default if endstops are not plugged in, they are triggered, a safety feature so you know if and endstop disconnects
