Uneven bed

I completed building prusa i3 rework. I dont have an inductive proximity sensor.
I calibrate the bed manualy.
I have calibrated four corners of the bed with paper. The middle of the bed is lower then the corners.
When i try to print something the parts close to edges are good but the center is too far to nozzle and the filamen does not stick to bed.

is there anything i can do without a proximity sensor?

When I first expedience this problem I did the best I could of setting a happy medium between the points. Using 5 Points four corners and center bed on my 220 X 270mm bed.
Which seemed to work adequately, but soon learned that the need of a capacitive / inductive proximity sensor or a BL-Touch greatly enhances the 3D Printer.
Found I could Print on Vinyl Transfer Paper Tape or Blue Painters tape and if would adhere with a greater Z-Nozzle variance.
If you have configured and flashed your own firmware most have a way of setting a manual bed leveling without a Proximity sensor in the configuration file.

What 3D Printer Controller firmware are you currently using.

I am using marlin
The bed is 0.8mm stainless steel and looks like it is flat.
I have blue painters tape on it. I cant find why the center of the bed is lower than the edges.

I can not give you an answer as to why your 0.8mm stainless steel bed appears to be lower in the center of the bed.

I can however give you information on how to setup your Marlin to compensate for this 0.8mm stainless steel bed appearing to be lower in the center of the bed.
Read this article on Mesh Bed Leveling.

If you still have questions post your questions be specific, What version Marlin do you have, Print area size in mm, steps preformed that caused the failure, ect.....
The more information you provide the easier it will become to answer correctly!

Alternately, put a sheet of borosilicate glass on the bed.

Ok i am using Marlin 1.1.8
20x20cm bed without heater
everything works fine but bed leveling

I turned on the manual bed leveling in Marlin
I defined 5x5 grid leveling
I turned on eeprom settings in Marlin

I see all the menus on lcd

I started bed leveling, ı adjusted 5x5 (25) points. I hearded the beeep from lcd. I save them to eeprom.
On menu bed leveing is "on"

I started to print bed level bech square.

The z axis is not moving as it should be (bed level compansation is not working)
I stop the print
Chek the bed level menu on lcd and the bed leveling is "off"

It was "on" before the print start

What can i do to make it work?

Ok i add

M501
M420 S1

to start of gcode and now it is working smiling smiley

Thanks...

I had a similar problem with my MK3 heated bed even with using 4mm glass, the glass bent with the clips.
So I put thin fiber washers between bed and glass, worked fine
