Potato chip bed

Hello
I read digital_dentists blog about 3 screw bed leveling vs 4 screw.
[drmrehorst.blogspot.com]

Exactly i have a potato chip shaped bed.
My bed is 0.8mm thick and bending easly. I want to laser cut a 3.5mm thick 3 screw balanced bed and carrier. I can design it in thinkercad but not sure what file format needed for laser cut machines. Has anyone have a good design file of a 3 screw sturdy bed carrier and bed for laset cut?
Thanks

I would think that a printing surface above bed heater
is a full plate to accept extruded material

What you show is Bed carraige

Do you want bed or carriage?

Both of them smiling smiley with 3 screw balancing.
The bed i use at the moment is too thin and bending not leveling. It is like a bowl. Pla does not stick to the center of the bed despite autobed leveling.
And carriage is also too thin so it bends too when turning screws.
It took few weeks for me to find the problem smiling smiley

A glass cover should flatten it.
