Extruden ,,feeds" the filament the other way.

Hello.
I have a little issue with my new Anucubic Prusa i3 printer. I've assembled everythig as the manual stated (there was no other way to wire the motor) however when it comes to printing everything works except for one thing. The exrruder motor instead of feeding the filament into the nozzle it goes upwards. Maybe the + and - hasn't been plugged correctly or can it be fixed with software settings? I'll be greatful for an advice.

My 3D Printer worked the exact same way, I had to move the wires in to connectors as the connector is keyed and will only plug in one way.

Other wise you need to change the direction in the firmware.

If you cant turn the plug around, or re wire the plug just reverse the direction in firmware

In Configuration.h find #define INVERT_E0_DIR

If it is set to true make it false, if it is set to false make it true.

Shall I access the firmware configuration via Arduino?

Clif, I recently had the same problem, just cut the keys off and you can reverse the plug, it works fine
