When I built the Fisher I didn't install the buildtak, instead I did the first prints on blue masking tape which has been quite successful. Most of my prints so far have been to make spare parts for the printer, the last of which was the extruder - one of the largest parts it started to curl in the corners, so I felt it was time to install the buildtak. I re printed this part and it was perfect except that in trying to remove it from the print bed some of the bottom stuck to the build tak.

Are there any tips on how to get parts off the buildtak? I read somewhere that the nozzle height should be adjusted but im not sure where or what that should be?

Have you tried putting the plate + print in the freezer?

I find bending the build plate by hand works quite well.
