Has anyone had issues with their hot end not cooling enough, causing blockages after 5-10 minutes printing? If so, how did you get around it?

I think it's the n°1 issue that is also causing the extruder jumping.
I think the air flow in the Fisher v1 effector is not sufficient (the air is struggling in the printed part --> more pressure but no real flow.)
But I could be wrong.

I'm building an effector for Hexagon (not Diamond) hotend, keeping the same height as the fisher, and using a 24V 20mm fan.
