The build has gone ok so far. I did note that the jumper on J9 seems to be already on the Duet board so no need to fit it.

Problem is that the printer will not power up, cables double checked and all seems ok. No LED on power brick so have to assume it is ok, any ideas from you clever people please?

Mine has little LED light on it. It turns on green when the brick is plugged in the outlet.

You can use a multimeter to measure output voltage of the power brick.

Thanks for that, no LED on mine and no voltage measured from the output, maybe my luck to get a dud!

Just found out that a batch of power leads are defective....phew
