Anyone got a lead on a laser cutter or water jet for that matter? I would like to get some acrylic cut for printer beds etc. Are there any on-line places that will take a stl or jpeg or dxf and post you back some cut acrylic.

Yes please, I want to cut alloy plate, 5mm and/or acrylic sheet same thickness.

Email matt@watercut.co.nz They are based in Miramar here in Wellington. They were going to do my complete frame cut from 10mm and 6mm acrylic for about $145.00. It's a fantastic machine to watch operating. If you can email them a dxf file they'll price the job via email for you.
