had an old reprap prusa mendel built in2013, used it for a few years, bought another printer and plastics on old one started degrading, so I built a new axis laser cut a new chassis but kept same motors and same board.
connected everything back but z motors don,t work when connected to ramps, extruder does not work.
Shall I buy a new board mega 2560 and ramps , or should I try a different one, maybe anet 8
