G29 V4 returning bad matrix

I am using G29 V4 to see what is going on since the G29 didn't seem to be working. It returns a bed matrix of 0.0 across the board.

Is there a setting I'm missing in the firmware to correct this?

Are you using Mesh Bed Leveling? Or Grid based leveling?
