BLTouch G29 probing errors

I am running Ender 3, MKS GEN L, BLTouch and bugfix1.1. I have gone through all of the X gantry leveling (it is level to within .23mm), Z level...everything is level to everything else. I run G28...works great. I run G29 and it does the first five spots perfect (3x3 grid) but on 6 (middle left), the probe doesn't deploy. I am pulling my hair out on this one. are there any adjustments I can make in the firmware to fix this?

I just had the same issue, but different mobo (MKS Gen v1.4).... I solved it with a little WD40 on the pin....I think I may have previously got some AquaNet on it which caused to hang intermittently. Hope it works for you....
