Problems compiling... Help!
June 22, 2019 12:52PM
I have a Creality Ender 3 with a MKS Gen L main board and I'm wanting to use the TMC 2130"s in SPI mode. When I try to compile the code I get this error:
Any help on what I'm doing wrong? Marlin 1.1.9 Bugfix

*** EDIT *** too big text sequence cut and attached as TXT-file "Error.txt"

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

I still don't know what I did, but, I wound up starting from scratch making all of my changes, compiling after each change to see where things were going wrong. Make the final changes, started the compile... IT WORKED!!!

The windows version of the arduino IDE of late is buggy and inconsistent

I've seem people hit compile, get an error, make no changes and just hit compile again and it works!

Hopefully they will sort out their bugs soon...

Thank you Dust. I have been trying to compile marlin 1.1.9 on my Win 10 laptop with very inconsistent results, now it makes some sense.
