Endstop triggers but dont stop, Marlin 2.0.1, SKR v1.3, CoreXY

Hello erverybody,

I have a problem with my self built Corexy (Hypercube). The Problem is that, if I chose Auto home, the bed drives
to the bottom of the printer but don't stop. On the bottom of the printer I have an end stop and If I look at his state
(duo to Prontaface) it is open and when I press it says triggered.
I don't understand why it is not stopping

My Settup:
- Corexy printer (like Hypercube)
- Mainboard Bigtreetech 32bit v1.3 with TMC 2130
- Software Marlin 2.0.1
- End stop on the bottom of Z and on the top an inductive sensor for bed leveling

The goal for me is that when I press Auto home, the beb goes down till the end stop is reached
and when I press Abl the bed drives to the top, where the sensor is in the middle of the bed and then start the
leveling procedure.

I hope anybody can help me. That you for youre time.

Best regards
Seppel

With a SKR 1.3 there is some "silliness" with the endstop pins.

If home direction is 1 the configuration files flips the Min and Max endstop pins over,

So I would suspect that if you examine M119 closely you will see that when you press the lower endstop Z min will trigger, not Z max.

If this is the case, just swap the Z-Min and Z-Max endstop plugs
