Hi. I have a printer (ender 3 with oem 12864 lcd).
Can I remove custom logo and show there status of the fillament runout sensor?

removing the custom logo is easy just disable #define CUSTOM_STATUS_SCREEN_IMAGE

As for the viewing the filament runout sensor status... that is not something that is in marlin, as far as I am aware
Fairly sure this would require new coding,
