I changed the board of the Monoprice MIni v1 for Arduino Mega 2560/ramps 14.. everything is working perfectly, but the relay flashes when it reaches the extruder temperature. What can I do in firmiware to solve this ?

disable PIDTEMP, but you really should not use a relay

I'm using a relay because went to use without the burned the board.

You need a mosfet, not a relay.

Yes, bed mosfet is just larger hotend mosfet. It works fine on both
