Bed leveling axis flipped

I have been using a BLtouch to level my bed on my ender 3 Pro 2 (V1.5). After leveling, the mesh seems to be flipped around both the X and Y axis. For example, the nozzle will be too far away in the low spot and too close in the high spot. Where the low and high spots are on opposite corners of the bed. I flipped the Y-axis in Marlin (V2.1.1) which did help but did not solve totally solve the issue. Flipping the x-axis causes a bunch of other problems. I have attached both the (Configuration.h) and the (Configuration_adv.h). The problem persists no matter which leveling flavor I use.

The axis are not flipped. You're just seeing the inherent inaccuracies of the BLTouch.

When I do a bed leveling mesh I always have to do several cycles of G26 prints and manual mesh editting.
