I'm running the newest Marlin firmware​ what's the quickest easy way to con fig it like what parts will I need a z probe or the new geetech 3d touch and how hard will it be what will I need to config

3_point leveling is the easiest to get going. Just enable it and let it do its thing. It already has probe points defined. You just turn it on and it works.

For 3-Point, Yes. If you don't want to buy a probe, you can bring up UBL. There are directions how to bring it up without a probe.

is ubl the same as mesh bed leveling where you do it automatically or is it something different

It uses a high resolution mesh as its foundation. But its got a G26 Mesh Validation Pattern command that is used directly by the G29 P4 interactive mesh editor. You can get 100% adhesion across your entire print bed every time.
