Marlin behavior and screen display

Hello,

I have recently upgraded my two anet a8 printers with skynet3d based on marlin 1.1.

The upgrade was to use auto level.

Auto level works on both printers and the firmware works as intended/expected.

I am noticing some differences between the marlin firmware and the stock anet a8 firmware which I would like to regain.

The first one is the temperature readout. I manage both my printers with repetier server and when using the stock anet a8 firmware temperatures in repetier server are reported with a single decimal place resolution ie 57.4 degrees celsius.

On marlin the temperature in repetier server is reported as whole numbers only. How do I change the temperature report resolution?

On the main screen with the stock anet a8 firmware the information displayed includes speed multiplier and flowrate multiplier.

On marlin the speed is displayed, and then sdcard if enabled, and the print time or clock. I don't care to have the sdcard (as I disabled it since I don't use it) or clock displayed...how can I edit the main screen to display speed multiplier and flowrate multiplier?

Many thanks.
