Auto leveling - traveling during probing

Hi/Hello,

I need your help. I was trying to set up auto leveling on my CNC with Marlin. As you can see at [drive.google.com] It seems the Clearance does not work, because if there is some protrusion the probe (drill) crashes on the bed. I used the G28 to get all the axes at home and then the G29 to measure the bed. So there should not be scratches from the drill on the bed.

Could someone help me? My configuration.h attached.

It looks like it is moving nicely... But what is it supposed to be doing? Are you milling a part? Are you homing the machine? Are you probing the bed?
