COM Error Upload RUMBA32

hi,
I have a problem uploading a rumba32 aus3d card, when I connect the USB to the PC Win 10 in device management in the folder "Ports (COM and LPT)" appears "STMicroelectronics Virtual COM Port (COM3)". Then when I press Boot and Reset on the board the "COM3" connection disappears and a USB connection appears with the following indication "STM32 BOOTLOADER" and i cannot upload.
I use Studio Visual Code and PlatformIO, Marlin Bugfix 2.0.x, in Configuration h. motherboard board_rumba32_V1_1, Env: Rumba32.
Can someone help me?

Hi Dust, the message error is:

Cannot open DFU device 0483:df11
No DFU capable USB device available[/color]
*** [upload] Error 74
======================[FAILED]=========

Basically windows has installed the wrong driver for DFU mode..

get the Zadig tool [zadig.akeo.ie]

I believe you need to set it to WinUSB for a rumba32

so put it in DFU mode and start Zadig

I get Zadig and now the connection is ok.
