I'm having problems uploading a new configuration to the SKR 1.4 Turbo in my homebuilt printer. When I boot up with the revised config, only some settings get changed. I'm trying to change the current to the stepper motors, but the changers are ignored. Yet I can change something like the direction in which the motors turn. Any ideas what the issue is here? Anybody had the same thing?

Issue with sd card.
reformat it, and or try other sd cards

Sadly not. I have formatted and tried three different SD cards. The problem remains. I'm wondering if the bootloader is compromised!?

It is possible..

SKR 1.4 Turbo Is quite picky about what sd cards it will use correctly and the systems match what I get when I use a incompatible card (I had to try about 6 to find 1 good one)
Use older slower cards, under 4GB, class 4 or 6

I have been using the SD card that came with the SKR 1.4 Turbo. It has worked fine for months. It is only 128 Mb. My other SD cards are 2GB or 8GB. I have no idea what class any of them are.

The 128MB that came with mine was utter rubbish and did cause firmware issues

Didn't you forget to send M502 + M500 after flashing ?
