I use of Z_SAFE_HOMING attach (pic) (marlin2.0bugfix)
by autohome or when stat print move x&y to 0 than have a annoying sound and not move to center and start moving Z axis (head is in x0 y0)

Can there be jamming in the XY axes? The nozzle is very fast when moving to the midpoint. You can try slowing down the speed.
Replace #define XY_PROBE_FEEDRATE (133*60) to
#define XY_PROBE_FEEDRATE (1000)

Z safe homing is not enabled,you need to remove the // in front of the define
