Marlin 2.1

The latest Marlin bugfix is at 2.1 and includes MPC (Model Predictive Control) for the hot end. This is a replacement for PID, and it does an amazing job. The same gentleman who developed it also finally, really, fixed the ongoing 12 bit ADC issue.

It is standard bugfix.

Branch names have not been updated to 2.1.0 yet. Probably wont be until release 2.1.0 happens

Here's a screenshot of the M306 autotune cycle and the first ramp to 240C using the newly derived values.

M306 waits for the extruder to get to 30C and then applies full power until it hits 200C. After that it reports the values and then makes them active.

M306 is the linearly rising portion of the screenshot.

On the transition to 240C, there was a 6C overshoot and then after that about a +/- 1C oscillation.

Definitely not a classic PID waveform.
