Long shot - remove the USB power jumper J18. Maybe the +5V on the TinyBee is fighting the +5V on the PC.

Until you solve it, you cannot tell.

But im 99.9% positive its is a hardware issue

... so it was hardware! - there are some "rules" to connect and mark the cables, to make it easier to check for eventual failures ... for this are the "red" wires at the cables sides.

If it's not proper documented and/or installed wrong, then its still a hardware failure smoking smiley

Did you cut a wire or did you remove the keying tab on the connector so that you could rotate the connector 180 degrees?

Yeah bro I remove the keying tab on the connector as you see in the picture of my previous comment
Now both LCD and SD card work perfect

Hi

That clip of the display flickering like with tiny blip from beeper are symptoms of the cables plugged in the wrong way. By wrong I mean not like the other guy mentioned, you must rotate one end of both cables. Easiest way for me is filing the tabs back with some sandpaper! Mine did what you posted and it isn't healthy for the board as it will keep rebooting. I think we are lucky these are based on ESP32's and not those sh*tty STM32's. You can put an ESP32 in the washing machine and it will still work!

Hope it is working for you now.
