Homing and leveling issues
October 11, 2022 01:09PM
Hello Everyone. This is my first post.

I have been using the same setup on 2 printers for about 5 years. I recently decided to update marlin and add additional probing points to my Ender Max (300,300,340). Using a bondtech direct driver, v6 hot end, and bltouch combo with this mount: [cults3d.com] on both my systems (0,49,0 offset). Since the update the homing is off from the probe by y70 and x50 and then begins to probe on the right off the bed. I've attached a video and my configuration H. I know there has been some changes since my last marlin update but can't figure out what I'm missing. I appreciate the help in advance.

NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { 0, 49, 0 } is not correct (yes I know that is what the web page says it should be)

The format is NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET {X-offset, Y-offset, Z-offset}

your probe is clearly to the right of the hot end. this is the X component, which you have set to 0

When you home Z, with Z_SAFE_HOMING the probe should be in the center of your bed, not the hotend.

Perhaps they meant NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { 49, 0, 0 }
