Any way to do smoothing of temp values for MINTEMP/MAXTEMP?

I keep my printer in my garage, and in the winter time at cold temps (around 10C), the thermistors fluctuate wildly (between about 4C-15C) until the bed or extruder start heating up. Once the get to about 15C-20C, the thermistors start reporting stable values.

However, this causes the MINTEMP thresholds to get triggered so my printer disconnects from Octoprint. I'd like to avoid setting my MINTEMPs super low such that they wouldn't detect a true thermistor failure.

Does anybody know of a way to get Marlin to do some smoothing of the temp values (either averaging the last X values read or requiring that the last Y of the last X values exceed the MIN/MAX thresholds before considering that a true temperature excursion)?
