Reprap belt printers

Hello. I am working on belt printers and would like to 'feel out the community on thoughts, concerns, and ideas about belt printers.
Are you considering getting or making one? (If not, reasons?)
If so, what models have you heard of?
What one are you considering making or buying? (Why?)
Concerns on belt printers?
Sorry for the vagueness. I am in my own little printer echo chamber and want to know what the general reprap feeling is on em! (And please don't hold back!)

... what type of? -- most if not all faster 3D-printers uses totthed belts on X- and Y-axes (Z mostly spindles, sometimes belts and geared motors too) ... or are you refering on the "endless" conveyr belts to print on, so the parts will be too removed automatically when ready? ... there are several types of these, with either the "bed"-belt replacing one of the X/Y-axes or as separate actuator, only running to remove the printed part after finishing ...
