Can't get Babystepping to work Ender-3 PRO 2.0.9.7

Just updated my Ende-3 Pro to the 4.2.7 board and added a BLTouch and a filament runout sensor to it. Working with Marlin 2.0.9.7. Got everything to work fine, but when I edited the FW I enabled Babystepping, enabled BABY_STEPPING_MILLIMETER_UNITS and changed the BABYSTEP_MULTIPLICATOR_Z to 0.01. I also enabled DOUBLECLICK_FOR_Z_BABYSTEPPING. Everything else that I did to the firmware works fine, but I can't find Babystepping, and double or triple clicking the knob does nothing either. I also tried this with ver 2.1.2.5 and it doesn't work in it either. Does anyone have any ideas where I went wrong here? This is driving me nuts
