It's a DUET 0.6 from replikeo.

Why would they put a 4 pin header instead of a screw terminal if it's meant for a hotend?

Has anyone wired the hotend to those pins?

Whilst not that specific connector a similar Molex quick connect with 1mm Sq pins has
Current - Maximum per Contact 4.0A

40W heater @ 12v will be around 3.3A current so not an issue.

at 24v it's only 1.7A so even less of a concern

probably for been capable of sending more amps. Anyway i have used two for positive and two for negative. If i can recall the two closest to the E0 temp are the positive ones and the other two are the negative.
