M572 pressure advance for Diamond hotend?

How would I setup pressure advance for a Diamond hotend, when it is in mixing mode? ( eg. M567 P0 E0.33:0.33:0.34 )

M572 D0 S0.2 is enough? ( because the three extruders are virtually combined to one extruder? )

You need to configure pressure advance on all three extruders.

Like M572 D0:1:2 S0.2:0.2:0.2 or single lines for each extruder?
