Need help with z probe connection or config for duet wifi

I have a 5v npn normally open Z probe. I click home and the light on the probe comes on when metal is present. but Z keeps on trucking. Not sure what to do next?

Did you plug the signal line from the probe into the right port?

I am connected to the Z probe in on the header that you have circled.

Are you sure 5v is enough voltage? Most are listed as 15-32v.

So I have mine set up with the two power wires going directly to the PSU (24v)
and the signal wire heading to the top pin of the connector I circled.

Outside of that, not sure what could be going on. Faulty sensor maybe?
