Sorry, I've only just seen this thread, most support goes through the main Precision Piezo thread.
It wires to the Duet the same way. On the Duet Z-probe connector, Black to GND, Green/Blue to IN and Red to 3.3v
On the universal board Black to GND Green/Blue to SIG and Red to V+.
