Looking to replace ramps 1.4 to MKS s-base or Robins both with a 3.2 screen or Evan the new Lerdge board that as just started to come on the market.
Looking for pros and cons please. Cannot decide which one to go with any input much appriciated

Basically it comes down to what firmware you want to run, is there any support for it? and in my view is it open source?
Also important to me is if the company is nice or an a-hole ripping off the open source community.

MKS did the Gen which ran on Marlin but the S-Base and Robins run on smoothieware

hello

do not buy MKS Robin board,,,it is big paint in the ass ,,you can find only negative post on this forum,
read this [forums.reprap.org]

i have MKS Sbase 1,2 in spare,,if you need can sell for 45us +shipping
This board is replaced by Lerdge board and have 0 print time

Hi thanks for the info. I will bear the mks sBase from you when I have come to a decision. How are you getting on with the Lerdge?
